Updated schedule:
- Development: 10 AM to 4 PM
- Lunch break: 2 hours
- Weekend off
Citizens are requested to adjust expectations accordingly.
The leader added, “We must ensure work-life balance for development. Burnout is a serious issue.” A pilot program is also testing whether development can be outsourced to the private sector.
